AXMIS Construction is an El Segundo–based general contractor serving the South Bay and Greater Los Angeles. We specialize in custom homes, whole-home remodeling, additions, ADUs, and select commercial improvements.
Founded in 2011 by third-generation builder Andy Pozhar, AXMIS combines hands-on construction expertise with transparent budgeting, disciplined project management, and careful coordination from preconstruction through closeout.

Since establishing operations in Los Angeles in 2017, Andy Pozhar has worked across high-end residential construction, estimating, owner representation, roofing, waterproofing, and complex project coordination. This broad experience allows AXMIS to approach every project from both the builder’s and owner’s perspective.
