We are pleased to present the successful completion of a tenant improvement project. This comprehensive renovation included the demolition of existing finishes, floor resurfacing, upgrades to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, installation of wall finishes, cabinets, and countertops. Our goal was to create a modern, functional, and visually appealing space for clients of the new coffee shop.
