DO YOU HAVE
At least 3 years experience in commercial, creative office, estate residential.
Technical knowledge of multiple building components and systems
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills and a high degree of comfort selling our work
An aptitude for mentoring and training
A bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
THE ROLE
Reporting to the general superintendent, you will run all field activities on a project, overseeing subcontractors, field foremans, installers, and laborers. You will share leadership responsibilities on each project with the project manager, including the mentoring and development of project engineers.
Your activities will include:
Scheduling and coordinating people from different trades; depending on the project, this could be 10 to 50 people
Performing detailed constructability analyses and parlaying findings into solutions
Participating in the subcontractor buyout process and verifying the scope of what we are going to build and how we are going to build it
Ensuring permits and licenses are in place
Coordinating inspections
Maintaining efficient workflow in the field
Managing all site safety considerations
Performing quality control and quality assurance verifications

DO YOU HAVE
A bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or other applicable background
At least four years of building construction experience
Understanding of the construction management process and procedures including estimating, budget control, scheduling, safety management, subcontracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and closeout
Technical knowledge of building components and systems
An aptitude for mentoring and training
Experience with BIM and subcontract coordination
A passion for building
THE ROLE
Reporting to a project manager, your primary focus will be on maintaining open lines of communication among a project’s contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects. In our unique business model, you will be involved in all stages from initial interviews to project completion.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting the project manager with managing profitability, staff development, and positive client relations, in tandem with the superintendent
Assisting the project manager with constructability reviews and problem-solving
Working with supervision and the PM to maintain the schedule
Proactively leading our safety efforts
Supervising project engineers and interns

DO YOU HAVE
A bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or other applicable background
Up to four years of building construction experience; we also will consider college internship experience with similar companies instead of professional experience
Knowledge of estimating, construction costs, scheduling, purchasing, and engineering principles and techniques
Experience with BIM and LEED is beneficial
THE ROLE
Reporting to a project manager, your primary focus will be on maintaining open lines of communication among a project’s contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects, via acquiring, processing, and distributing documents, facilitating information flow, obtaining approvals, reviewing plans and contracts, and similar tasks. In time, you will develop and utilize the skills needed to create documents and write contracts.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing subcontractors
Reviewing and processing RFIs and submittals
Reviewing plans and specifications
Processing change orders
Obtaining information and approvals from owners, architects, and engineers for the timely processing of shop drawings
Managing project closeouts and securing all guarantees and warranties before the handover of the work
